The Brief
Fall 2018 marked Valley Table’s 20th year anniversary issue. In this assignment, I photographed Valley Table’s board of advisors, who also advise Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. It was an honor to connect and photograph each of these culinary veterans.
What I Did
On a balmy mid-July day at Hemlock Hills Farms, I embarked on photographing over 10 unique portraits and one group portrait for Valley Table’s 20th anniversary issue. We shot in a lamb’s barn, a meat locker, a hen house, and a vegetable garden, finishing just before sunset. The grit and sweat truly paid off in these elegant farm-friendly portraits of Valley Table’s culinary veterans.
